Phoebe is our «social media» expert, and takes care of all advertising, marketing and video editing. And for all new build developments, she is your go-to girl.

Phoebe moved to Spain when she was 18, for what was meant to be just a year, to work and learn Spanish. Years later she is still here and lives a completely «Spanglish» life! Phoebe speaks fluent Spanish and has an excellent knowledge of the local areas, having also lived in Madrid and Segovia. But her home has always been Murcia. She has worked in both real estate and construction companies previously, therefore gaining experience in both fields.

Phoebe is also a Spanish-English interpreter and can often be found translating at the Town Hall, in the medical centre or at the Guardia Civil station. In her free time, she likes to spend time with family and friends, in addition to being a part of the voluntary team on the well-known Facebook page «N332», which currently has over 200.000 followers. She is an admin and translates important information from official Spanish sources into English for those that struggle with the language.
