Ashley has been the director of ABS Services in Spain since 2000, a successful building and carpentry company around the Mar Menor area, working closely with most of the Real Estate agents and Key-holders.

Having worked in all the areas around the Mar Menor for 20 years, this has given him a lot of knowledge of the market value of homes, both old and new, getting to know the most outstanding characteristics of each area to offer his clients the best of experiences when buying a house in the Murcia Region.

Being a expert in this area in terms of property improvements, he thought that it would be a good combination to offer a home sales service and possible refurbishments service, advising his clients before buying a house, of the possibilities and improvements that could be made in the property, thus giving his clients a wider view of what their dream home could become. For this reason, he decided to take the next step and launch this Real Estate project called: ABS REAL ESTATE.

With the opening of the new office on the Mar Menor Golf Boulevard, he has no doubt that this company has a promising future.

In his spare time, Ashley likes to meet with friends and explore new areas and places to go. Ashley is also an animal lover, owning 3 dogs, which definitely take up a lot of his time!
